Pole Fishing Rig for Carp

Good all around pole fishing rig for carp

I would use a shorter stumpy Float for this sometimes called drippers

Also try this rig with at least 6 inches of line on the bottom as this is great for catching larger botttom feeding fish

By doing this this you will have lift bites more so strike when the floats lifts up

I would also fish this rig with 6lb mainline straight though so No Hooklengh

You could even use thickner line if needed

A real robust Rig which would work great on the smaller lake with bigger baits

I would fish it in the margins or far bank
