Coach Justin Visits Le Poire Blancposted on 23 March 2008 | posted in Articles / NewsAfter the over night Crossing with Ld Lines to Le Harve , we had a nice 3 hour drive to Mansigne We only got lost once by taking the wrong turning on the A28 as the road signs at time was a little bit confusing along with the map not being very clear, but it was good in a way as it only put a extra 20 minutes on our journey plus we have a nice drive though all the back roads and small towns to get to our Location I must say how nice the roads are to drive on in France, so much better then the U.K and the driving rules seem so much better to keep the traffic Clear at all times. We was very pleased with the local town and how tidy and clear all the towns was if only this was the case in the U.K  I quickly unloaded the car then had a quick look around the house 10/10 for the owners Barry and Shirley on how well equipment and clean the cottage was including great Kitchen, Bathroom and shower, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin bulk bed plus there was a pull down bed in the front room which would hold a extra two people easy Great front room and dinning room with every thing you could think of, books, dvds , cds , videos , games , air condition units plus a log fire is being fitted also. The back Lounge has lots of seats, sun beds, and bait fridge, indoor bbq plus more games plus lots of room to keep all your fishing gear in Outside also had flood lights fitted to the cottage if you wanted to night fish the lake which only cost 2 euros I would strongly recommend this to everyone as it has so much to offer if you fancy a nice week or two to enjoy this great town plus of course to do a bit of fishing on the great lake Local Town The Local town is only 5 mins drive the road and has every thing you need to get you by for the week plus the local people are very helpful but if you take a 20 min drive into le fleece there is a lot more with bigger shops, zoo and local markets which is very good So lots to do for your entire family if you fancy going out for a few days site seeing Here the Website for more information http://www.loirefishing.com/ We will be returning soon for other week The Lake and Grounds  Very well Looked after with Kids Swings and a large outdoor bbq , plus some great wild life also Fish in the Lake Great for all round fishing Including Mirror Carp, common Carp, Tench , Bream , roach , Rudd , Perch , sunfish , Catfish plus a few others I managed to get a few hours fishing in each day and still ended up with 400lb of fish Out Heres a Few Pictures For you all     |
